Our Story | Annarasa - The Essence of Food, from Jaipur
Our Story

Annarasa means the essence of food. We took that literally.

Every Indian kitchen already knew the ingredients that matter: rajma, chana, brown rice, makhana, quinoa, moong dal - dense, slow-digesting, protein-rich staples eaten for generations. Somewhere between the kitchen and the snack aisle, all of that got deep-fried, salted hard and packaged as an indulgence.

Annarasa started in Jaipur with a simple brief: keep the grain, keep the crunch, lose the fryer. We mill each pulse and grain into a dough, sheet it thin, and oven-roast it until it snaps - the same satisfaction as a fried chip, without a spoon of added oil going in.

What comes out is a range built for people who still want to enjoy snacking - high in protein, keto-friendly, pure vegetarian, and vacuum-sealed the moment it leaves the roaster so the crunch survives the trip from our unit to your desk drawer.

We're a small team working out of Tilak Nagar, Jaipur, under FSSAI registration - and we taste every batch before it's sealed.

How it's made

01

Source & mill

Whole rajma, chana, rice, makhana, quinoa and moong dal, milled fresh into flour for each batch.

02

Sheet & season

Dough is sheeted thin and cut, then dusted with each flavour's spice blend before it ever sees heat.

03

Oven roast

No fryer on the premises. Slow, even heat gives the crunch without a drop of added oil.

04

Vacuum seal & test

Sealed within the hour under FSSAI oversight, then batch-tasted before it leaves the unit.
