These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.annarasafoods.com ("Website") and any purchase or enquiry made through it, operated by Annarasa, 102, Vijay Akshita Apartment, B/23, Prabhu Marg, Tilak Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302004, India ("Annarasa", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Website, or by placing an order via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Shipping & Refund Policy, each incorporated by reference.

1. Eligibility & account

The Website and its products are intended for use by persons who are at least 18 years old or are accessing it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. No user account is required to browse the Website; orders are currently taken via WhatsApp, telephone, or the contact form.

2. Products, pricing & availability

All products listed are oven-roasted snack chips and allied food products manufactured and packed by Annarasa under FSSAI registration/license. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; prices, pack sizes, flavours, and availability may change without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, nutrition values, and imagery accurate, but the printed label on the physical package is the final and binding reference for ingredients, allergens, net weight, batch number, and expiry/best-before date.

3. Orders & acceptance

An order placed via WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form is an offer to purchase, which Annarasa may accept, decline, or modify at its sole discretion - including where a product is out of stock, mispriced, or where fraud or abuse is suspected. A contract of sale is formed only when Annarasa confirms the order and, where applicable, receives payment.

4. Payments

Payment terms (advance payment, cash/UPI on delivery, or bank transfer) are confirmed at the time of order over WhatsApp or phone. Annarasa does not store any card or net-banking credentials.

5. Intellectual property

The Annarasa name, logo, packaging design, photography, and all content on the Website are the property of Annarasa or its licensors and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited use

• Using the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its systems, or related networks.
• Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes a third party's rights.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Annarasa's aggregate liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. Annarasa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for reactions arising from undisclosed allergies - please review the ingredients and allergen note on every pack before consumption.

8. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Grievance Officer for Annarasa is:

We will acknowledge a written complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receipt, as required under applicable law.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-forum rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
